Wet Weather Days
We believe our employees shouldn’t be financially impacted when they cannot work due to the weather, so we pay their ordinary hours on every wet weather day. There is no limit on the number of wet weather days we provide.South West Kerbing supports equal parenting and offers up to 12 weeks of paid primary and up to 3 weeks of paid secondary parental leave. This is in addition to government schemes to support our SWK families.

At South West Kerbing, safety on-site starts with preparation, awareness, and proactive planning. Kerbing work often involves high-risk tasks such as manual handling, working near live traffic, and operating heavy machinery—all of which require a strong safety culture and strict adherence to industry standards.
Our team is fully trained to manage these risks through safe lifting techniques, use of mechanical aids, high-visibility PPE, and regular safety briefings. We’re committed to creating a safe and productive work environment for every crew member.
